We organize Blood donation camp every year on 19th June, which is sponsored by DS-MAX Properties Pvt Ltd., this would be on the birthday of Mr. K.V Satish Chairman of DS-MAX Properties Pvt Ltd., We organize this camp with the help of Rotary and Red cross blood banks.

Where hundreds of people take part in this camp, along with the entire Organizational Team of DS MAX will be a part of this donation camp, even Celebrities, Political heads, IPS and IAS people also would join us to make it a very successful camp. It will be a full day camp where we distribute educational kit for orphanage children, we distribute clothes for under privileged and disable women’s. We organize food, snacks and juice for the donors, and for every one who are part of this camp.
This Blood donation camp would be organized because the donors will be healthier by donating blood, and they will also be satisfied that their little blood can save a number of life’s.
Cancer 
Cancer is a life-threatening disease, which needs immediate attention. In India, cancer hospitals are packed throughout the year, which implies that, the rate of cancer patients are rising every day. Cancer can be treated if it is detected early through surgery, chemotherapy or radiation. There are several Government aided hospitals and institutions which are specifically meant for cancer patients. However, there are countless numbers of people who become a victim of this disease.

Many people succumb to cancer due to poverty, ignorance, inadequate access basic facilities, improper diagnostic facilities, etc. Majority of these patients come from a very low economic background and as such they cannot manage the cost of the treatment. Aashra Foundation assist these people by offering medical assistance, monetary funding, distributing fruits, organising food fest, etc.
Below are the details of cancer patients whom we have assisted. This is a real story of a mother and a child, who was affected with cancer and wasstruggling for treatment.
The cancer victims are Mrs. Savitha and her daughter Mary Suzan.
Mary Suzan was diagnosed with chest wall malignant tumor in the year 2004, when she was just 2 years old. She is undergoing treatment at Kidwai Hospital. She needs 4 cycles of chemotherapy. The approximate cost for chemotherapy and supportive care costsRs. 60,000/-.
Now recently, in 2009 her mother was diagnosed with sex cord stromal tumor and she is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at St. John Hospital. She has been advised for 2 course of chemotherapy. Since, it is at the starting stage, if ignored it might lead to an extent where she can lose her life.
The expenses for her daughter’s treatment will cost around Rs.1,80,000/-, and the treatment for her mother will cost around Rs.1,65,000/-.
They come from a very poor family, and their monthly income is around Rs. 3,000/- per month.They are not in a condition to provide proper 3 time food for themselves; they think it is impossible to get the treatment.
They have approached us with a hope that they can survive this disease with our help. It is our kind request to you to join us and support people like Suzan and her mother who are battling for their lives.

Aashra foundation has organized several inspiring activities focusing on substance abuse and HIV/AIDS, mainly addressing the needs of the people from underprivileged sections. This dreaded disease often remains undetected due to fear and economic reasons. In most rural and slum areas people are still unaware of the existence of this disease. Therefore, we have focused our attention towards creating groups who can reach out to such ignorant people and consult and educate them about this disease. We have been able to detect and reach out to several HIV+ve children, men and women, who are now receiving necessary medical attention.
